A FEW DEADLIFT TIPS 

A few ideas on bringing that weight back down to the ground. 

So there are those of us who do not have 20 years of experience doing deadlifts under our belt. Some days the movement pattern is there and feels great, other days the pattern is jerky with control proving elusive. A common problem in novice lifters is they are fine getting the weight off the ground but once at the top they are a bit like a cat stuck up a tree. They don’t quite know how to get the weight back down to the ground.
