A 2-day retreat in Napa
Join Catherine Cowey, M.S., and Jenn Pilotti, M.S., for this two night, all-inclusive retreat in the heart of Napa Valley. We will use movement and nature to improve self awareness and sensory awareness, as well as varied movement to enhance a sense of mindfulness. Rooted in the research behind meditation, nature, and the connection between exercise and mental well-being, participants can expect a rejuvenating experience.
